Above is a picture of how I would set up my classroom. Tables for group work, quiet spaces for those that need a break, colorful but not too cluttered and a space for circle time at the start or end of each day
The most important thing at the beginning of the school year is setting up your classroom management strategies so that your classroom can maintain an environment that is favourable to student learning and achievement.
