FOSTERING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS
One of the most important things as a teacher is building and fostering relationships within the school community with the students, teachers, administration and creating relationships beyond which can improve the quality of learning within the classroom.
During my time at Medicine Hat College I was apart of the Education Undergraduate Society where I attended meetings and helped plan activities for the Education community. I had the opportunity to build relationships with other cohorts and members of SEATCA while volunteering for Teacher's Convention.
