I believe that the responsibility of learning is on both the teacher and the student. It is the teachers responsibility to provide the best learning environment possible and the tools necessary for learning. It is important to be able to spark motivation, get the students actively engaged and help guide them on their creative and exciting journey of learning. Building relationships through trust and mutual respect is key and my goal is to create capable, confident, independent, lifelong learners who know that with hard work and determination, they can accomplish great things!
