One of the most valuable things I took away from my practicum is all of the feedback that I was able to recieve from my mentor teacher after all of my lessons that I taught. We had a chance to reflect on what worked well, what needed improvement and how the students responded to my lesson. I also appreciated the confidence my mentor teacher had in me which allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things and tackle new concepts that I wasn't as familiar with. I learned and grew a lot throughout my practicum and it made me excited to continue on this journey of becoming a successful teacher.
